Your fuel information

This portal uses your Google name and email to check staff access. It records your assigned vehicle, filling details and supporting photos, video and receipt for fuel administration and approval.

When the administrator requires GPS, your location is captured once after you allow it. That capture is saved with your entry and cannot be edited by staff. There is no background location tracking. Historical-entry mode does not request GPS.

Authorized company administrators review these records. Staff do not receive access to other employees’ entries or the company spreadsheet. Contact your company administrator for corrections, access removal or questions about retention.
